Microcement & DecorativeFinishes in Ayr

Microcement in Ayr

Microcement is a thin, hand-applied cement-based coating built up in layers and sealed. For Ayr homes, its biggest advantage is that it can be applied over almost any sound existing surface, including existing tiles. That means a dated bathroom, kitchen splashback or tiled floor can be transformed without the noise, dust and waste of stripping it out: a real benefit whether you live in a flat with neighbours on every side or a family home that can't lose its only bathroom for weeks.

Allan is a fully approved Cimentart applicator and follows the full manufacturer system on every Ayr job: preparation, primer, base layers, finishing layers and sealer. The result is one continuous surface with no grout lines, which is easier to clean and gives mould far fewer places to settle in the damp west-of-Scotland climate.

Spray granite in Ayr

For exteriors and surfaces that need a durable, stone-look finish, spray granite is applied by a fully approved Infinity Effects applicator. It recreates the speckled appearance of natural granite without the cost and weight of real stone, and every spray granite finish comes with a 10-year guarantee: a decade of confidence for Ayr property owners facing Scottish weather year after year.

Decorative wall finishes in Ayr

Not every wall needs to be flat paint. Authentic Venetian plaster gives polished depth, breathable limewash brings soft natural texture that suits older solid walls, and Italian metallic paints such as Copper Sharki / Eastern Wind create statement walls that shift with the light. Allan brings physical sample boards to your Ayr property so you can compare each finish against your own lighting and furniture before choosing.

Commercial projects in Ayr

Salons, cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and offices in Ayr use joint-free microcement floors, washrooms and counters for an easy-clean, premium look, with feature walls in Venetian plaster or metallic paint for customer-facing areas. Work is carried out with £3 million public liability insurance, and scheduling is agreed at the site visit.
